Musical Theatre Dance

Description

For age 10 and up. The perfect class for actors, singers, and those involved in Broadway-style musical theatre. Style, characterization, and learning the basic steps and terminology are emphasized in this class. Jazz and ballet will be used, and tap may be introduced. The styles of many famous choreographers will be explored.

Dress Code

Leotard and tights or slim-fit capris, pants, or short shorts. Black 1 ½" character shoes. Please, no bare midriffs or bulky cover ups. Hair pulled back in a ponytail or bun.
