Tap

The Tap program at To the Pointe consists of six levels. The program explores different styles of tap, giving the student a broad background and versatility. Each level progresses through a new set of skills, building upon the techniques learned in the previous level. Improvisation is introduced in tap I and is continually developed throughout the higher levels. Consistent enrollment and attendance are important to achieving the desired results and reasonable progression through the levels. Students are evaluated in class by the director in order to progress into the next level. Boyz Makin’ Noyz, a class exclusively for young men age 7 and up is also offered.
